It has been a while since I have managed to finish a crochet bag.  I’ve had a case of shawl addiction.  This was supposed to be something completely different but I am still happy with what came out.

I would also love to take this chance to thank Norway for their purls.  Have you tried Norwegian purling?

It is awesome.  If you knit continental it is quite easy to learn, tricky at first, but once you get the hang of it it gets really easy.

You don’t have to bring the yarn to the front instead you purl with the yarn in the back just like you knit.

I learned by watching lots of videos until I found one that was slow enough and that I could watch and copy the motion enough times till I got the hang of it.

My hubby was sitting next to me and kept giving me looks like I had gone crazy.

A tip about learning from youtube; there usually are lots for every specific thing you want to learn.  Try watching more than one until you find one that you are comfortable with.
