I love colorful handpainted yarn.  I don’t like pooling or flashing yarn.  This creates a dilemna.  What do you make with it?  Can you see the flashing on the ribbing?  I don’t want a hat that looks like that.

What I do want, is a stitch that breaks up the flashing so it looks more like this. I AM LOVING IT.  I love the yarn it is from A stash addict.  It is sock weight yarn and the colorway was called volcano.  Or maybe I am calling it that.  It is lovely to knit with, the stitch definition is awesome and it doesn’t split or fuzz up.
